If any of you are having this issue, remove your static route from the route
table which points to the sync interface.
Since the sync network has its own interface already configured on your NIC,
no need to have static route.
The synchronization gets stuck trying to find a path using the static route
and is not able to communicate with
the other server. The cross cable connected to the sync interface of both
servers servers the purpose unless you
add static route which confuses the sync.

If the Cluster mode is using High Availability, be sure to check the Use
State Synchronization box in the Synchronization
section or else your sync will not work.
