Yes, that's correct. In theory, that's how it should work.

I don't recall with certainty if the process will import licenses or
not. I'm tempted to say no, but downloading your licenses from the user
center before you start is only a good idea anyway.

Those are harmless. All they are is parts of the inspect code the older
module's kernel doesn't understand.
