Sounds like you've got it covered. I used 5.0 for awhile with R55 HFA17 OK.

Would you please list one of the rules, all fields, that is not working?

BTW, if you do a http://<smartcenterIP>:9282 and log in with your SmartCenter credentials, you'll see a page where you can see some status things. I'm pretty sure the port is 9282.

Do it from the SmartCenter because HTTPS is not available for this.
